Production Operative

We're looking for a motivated Production Operative to support our manufacturing operations. You'll help ensure smooth production processes, maintain safety standards, and achieve performance targets.

Main Responsibilities will include:

Take responsibility for your own and other's health & safety, following SSOW (Safe System of Work) and company procedures.

Immediately report any unsafe acts or incidents to management

Meet productivity and quality targets consistently

Carry out daily warehouse and production activities

During holidays and buys periods assist in loading and unloading vehicles, feeding machinery with material whilst liaising with the office.

About you

Minimum requirements

Safety First mindset

Self-Motivated, positive, and enthusiastic

Strong Communications Skills (Verbal and written)

Team player with a quality- focused approach

Flexible and open to multi-skilled working and constructive challenge

Preferred experience

Background in corrugated board manufacturing (ideal but not essential)

Previous experience in production machine and FLT operations

Basic Maths skills for inventory tasks

Counterbalance licence
